The Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill, 2024
Parliamentary Period:
Third Session of the Thirteenth Assembly
The object of this Bill is to amend the Civil Aviation Act, 2016, so as to—
(a) enhance civil aviation safety; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
