325. Mr Kalobo (Wusakile)  -  to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development what measures the Government is taking to ensure that local contractors and suppliers benefit from mining activities at the Black Mountain in Kitwe District.

 

326. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)  -  to ask the Minister of Agriculture:

 

(a) what the annual cashew nut production is, countrywide;

 

(b) which provinces produce cashew nuts; and

 

(c) what measures are being taken to increase the production of cashew nuts, countrywide.

 

327. Mr L Lungu (Kapoche)  -  to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the following roads in Kapoche Parliamentary Constituency:

 

(i) Nyanje-Mtandaza; and

(ii) Nyanje Turn-Off-MtandazaChikalaba;

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

 

(c) if there are no such plans, why.

 

328. Mr C Mpundu (Chembe)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct roads in Chembe District;

 

(b) if so, how many kilometres are earmarked for construction;

 

(c) when the exercise will commence; 

 

(d) how many kilometres will be constructed in 2024;

 

(e) what the time frame for the completion of the project is; and

 

(f) what the cost of the project is.

 

329. Mr Munsanje (Mbabala)  -  to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate and raise the Muyobe Bridge along the Chilalantambo-Macha Hospital road in Mbabala Parliamentary Constituency; and

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
