THE CITIZENSHIP OF ZAMBIA (AMENDMENT)
BILL, 2023.
MEMORANDUM
The object of this Bill is to amend the Citizenship of Zambia Act
so as to—
(a) amend the definition of “ordinarily resident”; and
(b) provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the
foregoing.
