An Act to make provision for and to regulate deeds of arrangement made in respect of the affairs of a debtor otherwise than in pursuance of the law relating to bankruptcy; and to provide for matters connected with the foregoing.

An Act to make provision with respect to preferential payments in bankruptcy; to give effect to the International Labour Conference Convention 173 Concerning the Protection of Workers' Claims in the event of the Insolvency of their Employer, Adopted by the Conference at its Seventy-ninth Session, at Geneva, on 23rd June, 1992, to which Zambia is a State Party; and to provide for matters connected with or incidential to the foregoing.

An Act to make provision for the administration in bankruptcy of the estates of debtors; to make provision for punishment of offences committed by debtors; to provide for reciprocity in bankruptcy proceedings between Zambia  and other countries; and to provide for matters incidental to and consequential upon the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the payment of interest on judgment debts.

An Act to provide for the service in Zambia of civil and criminal process of any court of record in Zimbabwe or  Malawi, the execution in Zambia of civil judgments of any such court, and for matters incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to make provision for the attachment of debts; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected therewith.

An Act in restriction of imprisonment for debt.

An Act to make provision for the enforcement in the Republic of judgments given in foreign countries which accord reciprocal treatment to judgments given in the Republic, for facilitating the enforcement in foreign countries of  judgments given in the Republic and for other purposes in connection with the matters aforesaid.

An Act to provide for the authentication of documents; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the survival of actions after death; to empower courts to award interest on debts and damages; to make provision with regard to the property, capacity and liabilities of married women; to make provision with regard to proceedings against and contribution between joint and several tortfeasors; to provide for the apportionment of liability in case of contributory negligence; to abolish the defence of common employment; and to provide fo rmatters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.
